We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Platform, process transactions and send related information, verify the identity of Hosts, communicate with you about your account and bookings, send promotional communications (with your consent), respond to your comments and questions, monitor and analyze usage patterns, detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with: Hosts and Renters as necessary to facilitate bookings (e.g., sharing Renter contact information with the Host for a confirmed booking), service providers who perform services on our behalf (payment processing, identity verification, analytics), law enforcement or government agencies when required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We require all third parties to maintain appropriate security measures.
