Every listing is reviewed by the Spacenow admin team before it goes live. We verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with platform standards. No unreviewed listings appear in search.

LAYER 03

Access Agreements

Every booking is governed by a Spacenow Access Agreement — a structured document that defines the terms of use, liability, access duration, and permitted activities. Both parties sign before access is granted.

LAYER 04

Booking Oversight

Our admin team monitors all active bookings for anomalies, disputes, and safety flags. Hosts and renters can report issues directly through the platform at any time.

LAYER 05

Dispute Resolution

Spacenow provides a structured dispute resolution process. All disputes are reviewed by the platform team with documented evidence. Resolution timelines are defined and enforced.

LAYER 06

Incident Response

In the event of a safety incident, Spacenow has a defined incident response protocol. Affected parties are contacted within 24 hours. Listings can be suspended immediately pending review.

Platform Standards

What is not permitted.

Misrepresentation of space size, condition, or amenities
Unauthorized subletting of rented space
Use of space for illegal activities
Harassment or threatening behavior toward any party
Circumventing the platform to avoid fees or agreements
Providing false identity or business credentials
Damage to property beyond normal wear and use
Violation of local zoning, health, or safety regulations

Violations of platform standards may result in immediate listing suspension, account termination, and referral to appropriate authorities. Spacenow reserves the right to remove any listing or account at its sole discretion.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes happen.

When a dispute arises, Spacenow provides a structured resolution process. Both parties submit their account and evidence through the platform. The admin team reviews within defined timelines and issues a binding resolution.

Spacenow's dispute resolution is not arbitration — it is platform-level governance. For legal disputes beyond platform scope, parties retain all rights to pursue resolution through appropriate legal channels.
